During this time, Sebastian co-created the first scalable trapped ion quantum computer blueprint, which involved inventing a number of pioneering approaches to building a million-qubit machine. Previously, Sebastian worked as a management consultant in Berlin, Germany before completing his PhD and postdoctoral research fellowship in quantum information technology.
