Dr. Salinna Abdullah is the co-founder and CTO of Motics, where she leads the development of the AI operating system transforming healthcare clinic operations. She holds a PhD from UCL, where her research focused on developing advanced biosignal processing techniques using efficient neural networks. Her research enables the extraction of valuable clinical insights from complex physiological data, even in real-world, resource-constrained settings. At Motics, she architects plug-and-play AI agents that automate critical back-office tasks for clinics, such as patient communications, billing, and documentation. Under her leadership, Motics currently serves 75 clinics, supports over 8,000 AI agent runs monthly, and has rapidly scaled to £120K ARR with 140% NDR within a year.
