Eilish Jamieson
Experienced finance professional, non-executive director, and founder of a global leadership practice. Eilish works at the intersection of business and policy with leaders and companies who want to commit to fairer and responsible business through better leadership, inclusion and governance.
Eilish’s executive career was spent in leadership roles in banking and professional services at Goldman Sachs and KPMG, working in the UK, EMEA, the US and Australia.
Eilish is a non-executive director on the board of the British Business Bank. Her NED portfolio to date has been made up of purpose-led organisations across public, regulatory, sports and charitable sectors including Financial Reporting Council, Sport England and Plan UK, a girls rights charity. She is an active advocate for increased diversity on UK boards at both non-executive and executive levels and is an Ambassador for Women on Boards UK, an executive coach for women in leadership and c-suite programs with the ICAEW, and a business mentor for founder-led and impact businesses in the UK and developing countries.
Passionate about inclusion in finance and careers - a “fairer playing field for all” - she is a regular speaker at UK business schools and has been featured in the media on the topic of leadership and inclusion in financial services, and the psychology of leadership to deliver a different form of organisation for the future.
